As a Nurse Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or licensed practical nurses. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor patients’ health, and help create a safe and welcoming environment for those in our care. Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
Monitor patients’ vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration) and report any changes to nursing staff.
Help patients with mobility, including transferring them to and from beds, wheelchairs, or other medical equipment.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
Assist with medical procedures and basic nursing tasks under the supervision of nursing staff.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient rooms and common areas, adhering to infection control protocols.
Document patient care and activities accurately in medical records.
Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
Participate in staff meetings and contribute to care plan discussions as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a certified nursing assistant (CNA) program preferred.
Previous experience as a Nurse Assistant or in a healthcare setting is a plus.
Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, patient-centered attitude.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving patients.
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare practices.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
