We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Chemist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will conduct qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses, develop new products, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct laboratory experiments and analyses in accordance with established protocols and methodologies.
Develop and optimize procedures for synthesis, extraction, and characterization of chemical compounds.
Prepare and analyze samples using advanced analytical techniques, including spectrometry, chromatography, and titration.
Document and interpret experimental results accurately, maintaining detailed and organized lab records.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support product development, process optimization, and project management.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control standards, and good laboratory practices (GLP).
Stay current with scientific literature and emerging technologies to inform research initiatives and innovate new methodologies.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through written reports and presentations.
Participate in audits and inspections from regulatory agencies as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).
Proficiency in laboratory equipment and analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC, NMR, MS).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA) and laboratory safety protocols is a plus.
