GENERAL PRACTITIONAL

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable General Practitioner (GP) to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care to patients across all age groups. The GP will diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions, promote preventative care, and develop long-term patient relationships while delivering exceptional healthcare in a compassionate and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide preventive healthcare services, including vaccinations, health screenings, and lifestyle counseling.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results to formulate appropriate treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications and monitor patient responses to ensure effective management of health conditions.
  • Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Stay informed about advancements in healthcare, new treatment protocols, and best practices in general medicine.
  • Participate in continuing medical education (CME) activities and professional development opportunities.
  • Contribute to community health initiatives and improve patient education and outreach.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with completion of an accredited residency program.
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (or eligibility to sit for certification).
  • Valid state medical license to practice as a General Practitioner.
  • Strong clinical assessment skills with a commitment to delivering quality patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster patient relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems for documentation and patient management.
